Default output progressiv messages - error, exception - parsing: useful keywords

    hey pros,

i would like to pars (parsing) the progressiv messages during the MR-SA-external-shell-rendering for error/exception-logs.

    question:

what are the recommended key-words to look for,
when the renderer (MentalRay-SA) runs and dies
    to look for?

can you please give me a hint, what key-words are usefull to look
    for.

    Thanks so far,

    cheers, 5inch

    hi guys

i now got a few keywords for the error-logging
    from autodesk.

every error-message starts with "// Error:"

    Keywords are:

error, print, not , no, warning

maybe you know more advanced keywords to look for
    in the MR-SA-log-file.

    cheers, 5inch

Please check out the mr manual for the different verbosity options. One place to look is in the ray command described in the appendices at the bottom of the manual contents page.

-v 5 for example is progress,

That includes errors, warnings, info and progress type messages

Near the beginning of each message, mr prints a word to classify which of those type of messages it is printing.
