Hi

I was wondering if it's possible to bake AO for fur and hair in mental ray.
Take a look at this: http://renderman.org/RMR/Examples/srt2007/apurva_shah.pdf.gz

Pixar's guys baked AO map for hair geo and then applied to hair. Look very good
and it is fast. I have fur heavy project comming and trying to fing reasonable solution
for fur workflow in 3ds max. If any one have any idea how this can be implemented in mentalr ray that would be very helpful.
