    Hello,
To start at the beginning, the vMaterials is a separate product(free) and is not automatically installed with the plugins.

If you have run the installer, can you check whether or not a folder named "nvidia" (which contains the vMaterial library) has been installed in "C:\Users\(username)\Documents\mdl"?

By default, Iray plugins will look into that path for mdls. If you have the library installed in the correct location and it still doesn't show up, you may try to manually add the Documents\mdl folder to the IRAY CD4 setting. However, this shouldn't be necessary at all, so please let us know if this works or doesn't work for you.
